Ingredients
- 3-5 lbs whole bluefish, dressed
- salt and pepper
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 lemons
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 500. Wash and dry fish. Salt and pepper both sides. Coat both sides with mayonnaise. Place fish on heavy foil in baking pan. Arrange lemon slices on top and sprinkle the onion and parsley around. Dust with paprika. Turn oven down to 400. Bake fish 10 minutes per lb.

*Don't ever worry about coating fish with lots of mayonnaise - you won't taste it. It will keep your fillets moist and delicious!
