Ingredients
- 1 lb Maine crabmeat
- 5 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups carrots, chopped
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp SoFishticated seasoning, Harbor Fish Market's own
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 1/2 cups frozen corn
- 4 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Bring water to boil in a large pot. Add celery, carrots, onions, salt, SoFishticated seasoning and Worcestershire sauce. Once it returns to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes. While this simmers, remove any shell or cartilage from crabmeat. Next add tomatoes, corn and parsley to the soup pot and simmer together another 10 minutes. Add crabmeat and heat for 2 minutes.
