What’s next? Maine steamers are next up. Love eating them on the deck on a summer’s day with newspapers laid on the table and big bowls of buttah! Mussels are right up there, too and you can dress them up with wine and garlic and a crusty loaf. Marinated Shrimp on the Barbie, with grilled garden veggies, yum. Oysters!! We have plenty of them. And all the steak fish…halibut, salmon, swordfish, tuna, opah…endless possibilities.
