Olive's Smoked Pastrami Salmon Spread

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1/2 lb Ducktrap Smoked Pastrami Salmon, coarsely chopped
  • zest of 1/4-1/2 lemon, to taste
  • squeeze of 1/2 lemon or less, to taste
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into bowl. Mix using a hand mixer until all ingredients are combined.

Notes

Perfect for bagels or crackers!  Enjoy!
