Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs haddock fillet
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp dry minced onion
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- dash of paprika
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350. Rinse fish with cold water and pat dry.
- Arrange fish in buttered baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, minced onion, lemon juice, and thyme. Spread mixture over fish.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until top is brown and fish is flaky. Garnish with paprika, parsley and lemon wedges.
