Pickup/Delivery Time Slots or days may be limited at any time due to high demand.
When ordering live lobster and/or fresh seafood via FedEx:
• During times of high volume, FedEx may not guarantee day or time of delivery. This means we cannot offer refunds on FedEx shipments that do not arrive on time—for any reason—during this period. Please visit FedEx.com for up-to-date delivery guarantee information. Harbor Fish ships perishable goods exclusively via FedEx Priority Overnight.
• Someone MUST be present to sign for your package IF the shipping address is an apartment or business, OR the value of the package exceeds $500.
• You are ordering fresh seafood at your own risk. We CANNOT GUARANTEE THE LIFE OF A LOBSTER in transit. If your order is delayed due to weather or other Acts of God, you have no recourse with either Harbor Fish Market, or with your shipment carrier.
For Curbside Pickup: We cannot issue refunds for no-shows. Please note our business hours. You will not be able to choose a time slot within 3 hours of the current time.
For Local Home Delivery: $100 minimum order required, and a $10 delivery fee is applied to your order. Delivery time is not guaranteed. Driver will leave your package at your door.
