Ingredients
- 1/2 cup low sodium Tamari
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp brown sugar you can use less
- 1 scallion chopped
- 2 tbsp grated fresh ginger more or less to taste
- 2 large garlic cloves finely chopped, more or less to taste
- fresh lime juice to taste, up to 1 lime
- 1 tsp sriracha or red pepper paste or your choice optional
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
- Marinate fish no more than 1/2 hour.
- Store in refrigerator up to 1 week.
Notes
Excellent on sword, tuna, halibut and salmon. Great on meat too! You can marinate overnight for chicken, pork or beef.
